Chocolate Eclair Cake

What’s the difference between self raising flour and plain flour?
I’m learning how to cook and found a great simple website. My only complaint is that they don’t say what type of flour to use.
What would you use for croissants, cinnamon bread, Chocolate eclairs and Cakes etc?
This is the website I’m talking about.

As the others have said, self-rising flour has a leavening agent in it, such as baking soda.
Unless the recipe specifically calls for self-rising flour, regular flour is what you use in your baking.
Have fun!

Tinned steel, on the other hand, is created from a base of heavy gauge steel and then coat… |
